The “off” season for the KMG team is a time for relaxation, recuperation, and enjoying the fruits of our labor. While our summer program can be challenging and demanding profession, the income generated during the sales season allows us to indulge in a fun and luxurious lifestyle. Here’s a glimpse into what your lifestyle can be like.
Join our teamThe team uses their time in the off-season to travel and explore new destinations. Exotic locations, upscale resorts, and experiencing a different culture or adventure is something we do every single year.
Rest and Relaxation
After months of continuous sales efforts, the KMG team often appreciates some downtime.
Relaxing on the beach, spa visits, bronzing, or simply enjoying leisurely mornings and taking afternoon naps.
Fine Dining
We treat ourselves and the team to fine dining experiences at upscale restaurants, savoring gourmet meals and wine whenever we get the chance. The time to enjoy culinary delights is during and in the off season.
Hobbies and Interests
We love to indulge in our hobbies and interests. Many of these include golfing, skiing/snowboarding, pickleball, poker, or any other activities we are passionate about.
100 Day Fitness Challenge
Every year we push ourselves to the limit by competing in a 100 day transformation challenge. Contests are to take a before and after photo.
Personal
Development
Our off season is a time for self development. Some of the many things we partake in are monthly book clubs, going to the gym, manager development programs once a month, weekly meetings, and many more.
Real Estate and Investments

We encourage and brainstorm on different investments throughout the off season. It is extremely important, especially at a young age, to multiply the money you have made so you can work in your 20’s, invest in your 30’s and retire in your 40’s.
Socializing
It takes hard work, dedication, and consistency to see the rewards. However, with that effort, you can make more money than you ever thought possible.
The time off from knocking doors is an excellent time to reconnect with family and friends. We host gatherings, attending parties, and enjoy the fruits of our labor with loved ones.
